Components

Components are a form-based type of reusable content that allows non-HTML content managers to leverage complex styling or coding.

To use a component:

  1. When in Edit mode, place cursor in the location you would like the feature to appear
  2. Select "Insert Component"
  3. Select the Component
  4. Add content to the Component Fields

On Pluto, clustered pits resembling gas pockmarks on Earth have been a mystery. LSU researchers compared the geomorphology of pits on Pluto to gas pockmarks on Earth and found strong evidence that the pits are sources of gas seeping from the dwarf planet’s subsurface.

Born at LSU, Bilingual Tigers Story Hour grew from a class into a community literacy partnership. Now hosted in collaboration with the Gardere Initiative with dual-language readings and the EBR Parish Library’s mobile unit, it expands bilingual access while giving LSU students hands-on experience.

For more than 25 years, through the LSU Community Playground Project, biological engineering students have worked with communities to co-design and build 51 safe, accessible playgrounds in nine parishes across Louisiana.

President Wade Rousse is sharing an ambitious path forward for the LSU system with a vision for elevating the way LSU educates Louisiana.
