Small Group Training

Take your workouts to the next level with Small Group Training in Studio C! This 5-week program gives you more attention and guidance from our instructors while challenging you to reach your fitness goals. Sessions run from 5:30–6:15 pm. Registration for Session 1 is August 25–September 12, and for Session 2 is September 22–October 24. Cost is $75. Space is limited—sign up early to secure your spot!

  • Session 1 Dates: September 9 & 11, September 16 & 18, September 23 & 25, September 30 & October 2, October 7 & 9
  • Session 2 Dates: October 21 & 24, October 28 & 30, November 4 & 6, November 11 & 13, November 18 & 20

Take your workouts to the next level with Faculty/Staff Small Group Training! This 4-week program gives you more attention and guidance from our instructors while challenging you to reach your fitness goals. Sessions run from 12:15–12:45 pm. Session 1 registration is August 25–September 12, Session 2 registration is August 25–October 3, and Session 3 registration is August 25–October 31. Space is limited—sign up early to secure your spot!

Autumnal Equinox Yoga

Celebrate the change in seasons with Autumnal Equinox Yoga on September 22 from 5:15 - 6:15 pm in the Outdoor Fitness Space/Lawn. This special session focuses on balancing your mind, body, and surroundings as we welcome autumn. No registration is required—just drop in and flow with us!

Paddleboard Yoga

Find your balance on the water with Paddleboard Yoga in the Outdoor Shallow Pool! These unique sessions combine yoga poses with the challenge of floating on a paddleboard—perfect for building strength, stability, and focus. Join us on August 27, September 3, 10, 17, 24, and October 1 & 8 at either 6:00–6:45 pm or 7:00–7:45 pm. No registration is required—just drop in and flow!

Glow Yoga

Light up your night with Glow Yoga on October 29 and November 19 from 7:45–8:45 pm in the Outdoor Fitness Space/Lawn. Join us for an energizing flow in the Mind/Body Studio—glow sticks provided! Wearing white or neon colors is encouraged. No registration is required—just drop in and shine!

Get Movin'

UREC GroupX classes are lead by a trained instructor who creates an engaging and fun environment in a group setting by designing programs with everyone in mind. GroupX is free to all UREC members, and you just need to show up and sign up in the class. Then all you need to do is get movin' with the community and recharge your soul.
