Sunset Pilates
Join us for Sunset Pilates on select Tuesdays this summer at 6:30pm in the Outdoor Fitness Area. Take in the peaceful sounds of nature and beautiful sunset views while you move through your practice. Classes will be held on May 28, June 18, July 16, and August 6 from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm. No registration is required, just drop in!
Faculty/Staff GroupX
Take a midday break with Faculty/Staff GroupX, offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 17 to July 24. These quick, energizing sessions run from 12:15 pm – 12:45 pm and are designed to fit right into your workday. Registration opens May 24 and closes July 21. Open to faculty and staff—join us and get moving!
Get Movin'
UREC GroupX classes are lead by a trained instructor who creates an engaging and fun environment in a group setting by designing programs with everyone in mind. GroupX is free to all UREC members, and you just need to show up and sign up in the class. Then all you need to do is get movin' with the community and recharge your soul.

Cycle Classes include: Coach by Color, Interval 45, and Tiger Beat

Outdoor Fitness Classes include Full Body Focus and eXterior Fitness

Mind/Body classes include yoga, guided meditation, Pilates, and Barre

Boxing Classes include: Cardio Kickboxing and Boxmaster

Studio Classes Include Barre, ZUMBA, HIIT, Tiger Pump
