Danillo Sancho-Silva is a PhD student in Management at the Rucks Department of Management,
LSU. His research focuses on political administration theory, organizational governance,
organizational learning, and work motivation, drawing on configurational approaches,
the epistemology of administration, and self-determination theory.
Before joining LSU, he conducted action research at Brazil's Administrative Council
of Tax Appeals (CARF), examining how governance mechanisms and quality management
systems foster organizational learning. He is the founder of S2S Business Solutions,
a management consulting practice, an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and brings over seven
years of university teaching experience. He holds a master's degree in Environmental
Sciences and is completing a doctorate in Business Administration at the Federal University
of Bahia, Brazil.

management, and public administration
Research Interests: political administration theory, organizational governance, organizational learning,
epistemology of administration, configurational theory (QCA), organizational justice,
work motivation, and self-determination theory
