Lucas Carassato earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Municipal
                                 University of Franca in Brazil, where he conducted research funded by the National
                                 Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) on construction and demolition
                                 waste management and groundwater contamination, applying data analysis and developing
                                 digital tools for structural engineering analysis. He later completed an MBA in Project
                                 Management at the University of São Paulo, where his thesis focused on emerging technologies
                                 for remote construction management, including the use of 360º camera systems to support
                                 technology-driven oversight and coordination.
                              
                              He is currently a PhD student in Information Systems at the E. J. Ourso College of
                                 Business, Louisiana State University. His professional background includes roles as
                                 Project Manager and Product Owner at Leroy Merlin and other retail companies, where
                                 he served as a digital transformation leader, driving software and technology initiatives
                                 to improve efficiency and standardize processes.
